Mindful Pathways Counseling offers a variety of services to clients ranging in age from adolescents through middle adulthood. These services include individual therapy, family therapy, neurodivergent couples counseling, and group support as needed and depending on the presenting concerns.

I provide support to individuals irrespective of their cognitive or adaptive abilities, working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients. My expertise extends to supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum, those with Intellectual Disabilities, addressing behavioral difficulties, or assisting with challenges related to executive functioning differences associated with ADHD.

The initial consultation will take about 15 minutes. Feel free to express any concerns that prompted you to reach out. Maura will share her expertise and discuss potential ways she can support you. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process or Maura's services.

A counseling session with Maura typically lasts for 50-60 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.

Payment Options: I accept Connecticut Medicaid & Magellan/Yale Health and provide superbills with support in filing out of network claims. I do accept HSA’s and other forms of payment.

All information shared during our sessions is strictly confidential to provide a safe and trusting therapeutic environment. Mindful Pathways Counseling utilizes HIPAA-compliant platforms for documentation and telehealth session to maintain client confidentiality. (explicit standards outlined in all intake documentation).
