About Me
A Little About Me
I work with adults who identity with ADHD and ASD, feel overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from trying to keep pushing through.
Many of my clients have spent years adapting to environments that did not fully support the way they experience the world. Some come with formal diagnoses. Others are questioning, self-identifying, or beginning to understand themselves differently later in life.
My own late ADHD diagnosis deepened my understanding of the exhaustion, self-questioning, and relief that can come with recognizing yourself more clearly later in life.
My approach is neuroaffirming, somatic, and relational. I believe therapy should move at a pace that feels safe enough for meaningful change to happen. Rather than focusing on “fixing” who you are, our work may center on understanding your nervous system, reducing shame and self-blame, and building a more sustainable relationship with yourself.
Therapy with me is often slower and gentler than clients expect. Many people already understand themselves intellectually. The harder part is learning how to feel more connected to themselves in daily life.
My background includes work in higher levels of care, school-based support, transition services, and medical social work. I draw from somatic and body-based approaches alongside traditional talk therapy, with ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing.
